Cubi Cafe National Aviation Museum, Pensacola, Florida

At the National Aviation Museum is the coolest cafe. If you go to the museum you have to eat lunch at this cafe it is its own museum. Besides being super cool the food is tasty with good prices.

The Cubi Bar decor was shipped in from the NAS Cubi Point Officers' Club in the Philippines. The club was famous for its Plaque Bar, where transiting squadrons retired old plaques and commissioned new ones to commemorate each WestPac tour. The tradition of placing plaques in the O'Club bar was started during the Vietnam Conflict and endured until the closing of the base in 1992. When the bar closed the actual bar and plaques were packed up and shipped to this museum and set up in this Cubi bar and cafe. (navalaviationmuseum.org)
