We went to the Rose Garden in the morning and found they had just finished watering which made for some great pictures.

We went back to the Rose Garden in Tyler Texas this time to see the Roses. Words and pictures cannot describe how pretty this is and the fragrances are amazing.

Goodman LeGrand House Limoges China

 

Part of the displays at the Goodman LeGrand House in Tyler, Tx, was the Limoges china hand painted by Sallie Goodman between 1903-1904. It is beautiful. How they set up the display in the dining room was very well done.

The Chamblee Rose Garden opened in March 2009 and is the flagship project for the LeGrand Gardens and is made possible by a generous contribution from Mark Chamblee in honor of his grandfather, Walter Kelly who served as a groundskeeper for the Goodman Museum at one time.

The funding for the development of this long-term master plan will be primarily from private donations.
